Craft Fair News

I am very sorry to announce that due to ongoing ill health Isaac cannot organise and run the botanic Gardens Craft fair, all dates are cancelled.  Isaac had a procedure on his spine early in February and has just been discharged from hospital with ongoing heart decease problems (29 February 2016).  Isaac and myself are truly sad that this has had to be cancelled.

CRAFTERS INFORMATION

We have been organising this fair since 2005 with a two year break during which it was organised by Ellen, so I figure we are a pretty well established fair.

I receive many enquiries about booking for the fair and always appreciate the interest shown, however the number of new crafters who book a table and then just don't show up has now reached the point where I MUST insist on payment in advance.

We do have vacancies as folk do not book all of the fairs, so there is the opportunity for new Crafters

INFORMATION TO CRAFTERS:

If you need information please contact Ike or Caroline wwcharityfair@gmail.com

REFUNDS: We will refund any fair that we cancel.  If a crafter gives less than eight weeks notice of cancelation then there will be no refund unless we can re-sell the space.

If its a weekend fair I prefer folk to book the two days, however there are some single days available.

When applying, please give a full description of what it is you sell, I am not fixated on the fact that you must make all items you sell, however Tesco stalls (Selling everything) just don't get a space.

Please include pictures

Bear in mind that if I have jewellery makers already then I am unlikely to let another in, same applies to all crafts.

When making application please include the dates you wish to attend, we aim to respond within 48hrs.

If we have a vacancy you will be pencilled in for those dates.and confirmation will be sent.

PAYMENT must be made within 72 hours either by bank transfer or by return post with cheque, bank details will be provided.
